How to get 100% marks in Quantitative Aptitude

We are living in a world where a second of time in not important anymore because we are focusing on a fraction of a second. Have you wondered how slow we are? Well there is no such tool to calculate a good speed this is not because we don't have any technology for it, its because we are not limited in this world, our mind can think or work in much more faster than we can expect. We don't know the limitations.
Lets talk about how we can do better in quantitative aptitude. What are the basic things we should do to get maximum possible marks in quantitative aptitude.?

1>Calculation Speed

First thing we need to improve is our calculation speed. This skill you will not get in one day. You have to exercise it daily, may be in the morning you should do that to improve you calculation speed.

Now consider you are solving 10 questions in 20 minutes of time. Out of 20 minutes may be you are wasting 10 minutes on calculation and 10 minutes in thinking about logic. Think if you can double your speed by practicing hard daily means you are going take just 5 minutes for you calculation. Now you are taking 30 sec per question for calculation. Same way if you practice more you can increase your calculation speed by 4 times, then it will take 15 seconds per question just for calculation.
Earlier it was 10 mins for calculation now it is 2.5 mins for calculation. Here you are saving your precious 7.5 minutes of time in which you can solve another 6-7 questions. So, we are now attempting  around 17/18 questions in 20 mins just by increasing our calculation speed.

How to improve calculation speed?
Learn short tricks for multiplications and remember multiplication tables as far as you can do that. Remember fraction value for percentage or vice -versa and other important things you need for the basic calculation. There are lots of apps these days on mobile, find it on app store that is definitely going to help you.

2> Improving Our Logical Thinking

Most of us think that we are weak in thinking, we can't figure out logic quickly that is why we have to leave questions in exams and that is also one of the reason for the time consumption. But let me tell you this is not true, then the question is why our mind is not working faster ?, why we are unable to think faster as other toppers can think.
Keep the below points in  your mind always:
  1. Think positive
  2. We are all human beings and we are all having same kind of brains
  3. Stick to basic(Clear your basic)
  4. Forget about short trick
  5. Always keep in mind all the information is already given in your question, so read carefully, and try to understand it properly.
You might be thinking I started giving motivation lecture but trust me this works. Once it will become your habit you will start saving your time in this section too. And think if you can able to save you 5 mins out of 10 mins in this section then you will start solving around 26-27 questions within 20 mins of time according to above assumptions.

How we can practice for logical part of thinking....?
Well this ability is definitely vary from person to person, not because one has got better brain than other, its because of how someone has been involved in solving puzzles of daily life, how much he can push his mind and yes you can do all these by practicing hard. May be reasoning puzzle will help you, try solving more reasoning puzzles and word problems of mathematics.

That's all for now, stay tuned for more tips and tricks.
